These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Texas Star Discord bot (“Bot”) operated by Republic of Texas Gaming (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Acceptance of terms
By adding or using the Bot in any Discord server, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
2. Description of service
The Bot provides server-status monitoring and information display for DayZ servers operated by Republic of Texas Gaming.
3. User responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Bot for any illegal or malicious purpose
- Spam, abuse, or attempt to overload the Bot
- Modify or reverse-engineer the Bot
- Use the Bot in a way that violates Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
4. No warranty
The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Republic of Texas Gaming shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Bot.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to remove the Bot from any server or terminate access at our sole discretion, with or without notice, especially in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
