Republic of Texas Gaming (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Texas Star Discord bot (the “Bot”).
Information we collect
The Bot only collects and stores the Discord Server ID (Guild ID) of servers owned and operated by Republic of Texas Gaming.
We do not collect, store, or process:
- User personal information
- Messages or message content
- Usernames, avatars, or activity from other servers
- Any data from servers not owned by Republic of Texas Gaming
How we use the information
We use stored Server IDs only to monitor and display accurate server status and information for our DayZ game servers.
Data sharing & security
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share this information with third parties. The data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized members of Republic of Texas Gaming.
Data retention
Server IDs are retained only while the Bot is active in that server. When the Bot is removed, the associated Server ID is deleted.
